Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GameAtlas, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

GameAtlas is an AI-powered game discovery platform that provides personalized game recommendations based on user preferences. We aggregate information from various sources to help you find games you'll enjoy.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• You can close your account whenever you like, from Settings. Deleting it removes your sessions, wishlist, profile, PC specs, price alerts and any share links you created, immediately and permanently — there is no grace period and we cannot restore it afterwards. Export your data first if you want to keep it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service excessively
• Scrape or collect data from the service without permission

AI Recommendations

Our AI provides recommendations based on the information available to us. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all recommendations will be perfect matches for your preferences. Game information, including prices and compatibility, may change and should be verified before purchase.

Subscriptions & Billing

GameAtlas is free to use. Supporter is an optional paid plan: a monthly membership on Ko-fi that helps keep the project running and adds a few extras. Payments are taken and processed by Ko-fi; we never receive your card details.

• Matching your payment: Ko-fi identifies supporters by the email address they pay with. If that is the address on your GameAtlas account, the extras switch on by themselves. If it is not, contact us and we will link it for you.
• Renewal: A membership renews monthly through Ko-fi at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. Access is granted in windows and each payment extends it, so if payments stop the plan lapses on its own.
• Cancelling: Cancel at any time from Ko-fi, which is the only place that can stop the payment. Cancelling stops future charges; the extras remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no partial refund is issued for that period.
• Tips: Ko-fi also accepts one-off tips. A tip is gratefully received and grants no plan or features — only a recurring membership does.
• Refunds: If something has gone wrong — a charge you did not expect, a feature that did not work — contact us and we will sort it out. Statutory rights to cancel or refund, where they apply to you, are unaffected by anything in this section.
• Price changes: We may change the price of a plan. Any change is announced in advance and applies from your next renewal, never retroactively.
• Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active subscription. Cancel it from Billing first.

What each plan includes is described on the Billing page. Features may be added or changed over time; we will not remove a substantial paid feature without notice.

Third-Party Links

GameAtlas contains links to third-party websites and game stores. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Purchases made through these links are subject to the respective store's terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on GameAtlas, including the design, graphics, and AI technology, are owned by us or our licensors. Game titles, logos, and artwork belong to their respective publishers and developers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GameAtlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Price information is provided for convenience and may not reflect current prices at all retailers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameAtlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
